Warranty Information

We pride ourselves on providing superior quality sheds and we stand behind our products with a strong warranty that ensures your satisfaction and
peace of mind.

Our Eagle Series sheds are backed by a limited two-year warranty, our All-American Series (Utility Aframe/Deluxe Aframe/Highbarn Deluxe) sheds are backed by a limited five-year warranty, and our Presidential
Series sheds are backed by a limited ten-year warranty. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase and covers defects in workmanship and materials. In the event that your shed has a defect covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace any components that do not provide reasonable service for normal use.


In addition, certain building components, like shingles, siding, flooring and windows, have their own manufacturer's warranties which may extend beyond our warranty, and we support these as well.


We also offer a one-year warranty on leveling kits and block package purchases, starting from the date of delivery. Due to the weight of your shed, natural settling of the product may occur over time and it may become necessary to re-level the building. This limited warranty does not include re-leveling beyond the first year.
Our warranty is subject to the following limitations:


Our warranty does not apply to any shed or any part thereof that has been damaged by adverse weather conditions, earthquake, hail, wind, fire, water, flood, earth movement, accident, theft, vandalism, or act of God, or any other casualty which is customarily covered by homeowners’ insurance.


Our warranty does not cover any indirect, incidental, consequential damages nor failure(s) which are caused by events, acts or omissions beyond our control including any misuse, alteration, neglect, improper maintenance, or abuse. The warranty does not cover damage caused by animals. Animal damage refers to any harm caused
by domestic or wild animals, including but not limited to chewing, scratching, biting, nesting, or defecating on the product.


The shed must be properly maintained, as needed, including, but not limited to, repainting (staining), recaulking and keeping the perimeter and underside clear of vegetation, animals and pests.


Our warranty does not cover damages to building contents or other personal property (including any damage caused by the existence of any defect in building).


Our warranty does not cover broken windows or damages apparent at the time of delivery that are not reported within seven (7) days of initial delivery and setup.
Our warranty does not cover missing or lost keys.
Our warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of wood or wood products from normal use that can occur over time, which includes, but is not limited to,cosmetic changes in the appearance of wood or wood products or fading of exterior surfaces, or minor splitting, warping or twisting that is a natural characteristic of
Our warranty does not cover water sealer nor any damage arising from the failure of any water sealer to prevent moisture-related damage to wood. The effective duration of water sealer can be lessened due to various factors, including, but not limited to, an abnormal amount of sunlight, saltwater exposure, or extended wet


Our warranty does not cover issues arising due to customers exceeding the floor rating.


Our warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the shed and is non-transferable. Movement of the shed from its original location or alteration to the shed
may void warranty.


Notice of failure or defect must be reported to us within a reasonable time. To make a claim under our warranty, please send a written description of the defect along with your name, address, telephone number and purchase information to the email or mailing address below. We may request a photograph of the defect or
permission to inspect the building. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely and efficient manner.
